shampoo is bad

now i remember why i stopped using shampoo.

because it had been a month since my hair had been thoroughly cleansed, i decided (foolishly) to use my Dr. Bronner's Peppermint Castille Soap instead of my usual no-poo method.

and now my hair is extremely coarse & dry and my feelings are real hurt. :-(

i will deep condition either later today or tomorrow and hopefully that will revive it.

never again! (y'all hold me to that)
